Messages may include Quick App confirmations, follow-up questions, loan program information, borrower qualification steps, status updates, appointment reminders, and educational or promotional content related to GKAI Capital's borrower intake and matching services.

• Submitting a borrower intake form and providing consent where presented, or
• Texting START to (800) 577-8957.

2. Message Purpose & Frequency

SMS messages are used to collect additional borrower details, confirm intent, assist with next steps, improve loan alignment, and support communication during the borrower intake process. Message frequency varies based on your engagement and your interaction with our services.

3. Cost

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. GKAI Capital does not charge any additional fees for SMS messaging.

4. Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you opt out, you will no longer receive messages from us unless you opt in again.
